Welcome to CodeDhaara. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern our partnership frameworks, development milestones, intellectual property boundaries, and scoping agreements. By scheduling a consultation, signing an engineering contract, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Development Services

CodeDhaara provides premium B2B software engineering services including Web Development, Mobile Apps (iOS/Android), Backend Solutions, and UI/UX Design. The exact features list, shipping roadmap, and integration APIs will be defined dynamically in a mutually signed **Product Scoping Document (SOW)**. Any features not specified in the active SOW are considered out of scope.

2. Milestones & Payment Structures

Our projects are mapped cleanly to specific development milestones to ensure total clarity:

• Milestone 1: Scoping alignment and UI/UX high-fidelity prototypes approvals.
• Milestone 2: Pre-release alpha deployment on staging servers for client testing.
• Milestone 3: Final QA debugging, static sitemaps setup, and production release launch.

Payments are triggered dynamically upon client confirmation of each successful milestone milestone as outlined in our billing contract.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

Upon complete clearance of final payments, all custom source codes, assets designs, database architectures, and API integrations generated for your project will be transferred fully to your ownership. CodeDhaara retains the right to showcase standard, non-confidential UI snapshots or performance case studies to highlight built products, unless an NDA strictly forbids public disclosure.

4. Warranties & Guarantee Limitations

CodeDhaara guarantees high-quality, stable, and hydration-safe compilation on all shipped products. We provide a **30-day post-launch QA warranty** to patch any unexpected bugs or compile errors free of charge. We are not liable for modifications made by third-party developers after our production handover.
